Module content | This module will provide an introduction to the management of organisational behavior. The focus of this module will be on the management of individual and team performance. Specific attention will be given to leadership and how leaders can improve the performance of individuals and teams through teamwork, mentoring, and the effective management of relationships and conflict. In addition, organisational culture and the relationship between employer and employee in managing the work environment, diversity and equality practices will be addressed. |
